apps and itunes issues

Hey, i need help. i could not find game's app from Iphone was told to mange payment to cancel monthly is too much, and said found in Itunes to mange payment control. but there is no apps setting in Itunes Phone or mac anymore, when did apple remove apps off Itunes? when? there is subscriber issues cannot be stop which require access Itunes to turn off or remove. is there any way stop it by use Iphone in setting somewhere or Mac only? I want games subscriber to be stop right away. cost too much money.
