Can't text photos from iPhone to Android

I recently lost the ability to text photos to contacts who have Androids. It sometimes works after several tries, but by then the moment has passed. It happens all the time, and doesn't seem to matter what carrier the contact is on, WiFi calling enable/disabled, group text, private text, MMS/SMS, iMessage... The only commonality is that I can't send images to Androids, and sometimes can't even get a text-only message out on the first try. Thoughts?

A text message to a non-iOS user is an SMS. Sending a photo to a non-iOS user is MMS. To accomplish that by the iPhone, you need to have a supported plan from your cellular carrier, and you need to have cellular data turned on. Check with your carrier to ensure that you have a provision for SMS/MMS on your account.

SMS/MMS to a non-iOS device is handled through the carrier. If you continue to have problems, contact your carrier. They may need to fix the provisioning on your device.
