Geek Squad damaged my iPhone 6+

Geek Squad damaged my iPhone 6+. They denied it even I have proof my iPhone was working before they opened it. What should I do?

Theoretically they're held to standards by Apple. If they or any other AASP somehow botches a repair, they're supposed to be able to replace the phone with an equivalent to make things right. You might not be able to prove that they did anything wrong, but it sounds awfully suspicious.


If you can I'd recommend taking it to an Apple Store and they can run hardware diagnostics and perhaps open the case to see if there was anything obvious that was done wrong. Best Buy stores that are AASPs are supposed to have a record of your service sent to Apple just like any other AASP. They might be able to pin the problem on the tech at Best Buy who worked on it.
