Iphone 7s Bluetooth only one side (Right) after update

I use to play my music via bluetooth all the time all working fine until an IOS update, now the music only come out on one side (right) of my bluetooth headphone. Did restart, reset etc on Iphone still the same.... check my headphones works fine with other non iphone phones... I saw some response from other discussion but Apple does not admit to any issues with the upgrade which it must be!

Go to Settings > General >Accessibility > Adjust the Audio Volume balance between left and right channels using the slider.
