Which model MBP was the last to ship with USB ports?

Some 2015 models are successful enough to keep being produced in 2017. The S/N says it rolled off the assembly line in Oct. 2017. That MacBook Pro 15" I7-4770HQ 2.2 IG Mid-2015 (manual) has two USB 3.0 A-type ports.

Before the 2016 models were released except for the 12inch MacBook released in 2015.

No, the specs of later builds are the same as at time of introduction of the model. If the specs changed, they would call it a different model. ATTOW, newer architecture is to be found in the Late 2016 models and the Mid 2017 models.
