Deleted everything! No entry sign at startup

I deleted my time machine file and my boot up software. Was reformatting but removed everything including files needed for os-x or even high Sierra. Any help would be much appreciated.

my MacBook Pro will not go past no entry sign.

Tried shift+control+command

Tried option+control+p+r

The only thing that has ever worked was option+control+r

But there’s a password.

How do I remove the password?

ive been trying everything day and night for the past 3 days.

MacBook Pro, null

After I HOLD DOWN OPTION +command+ r, the globe shows, but soon after when the globe has a loading bar, it loads to maybe 5% and then it crashes with a notice -3403.

Ive Taken the computer to a local Starbucks but still has the same issue.

The problem with Starbucks WiFi (or various types of wired/wireless internet access at cafes, hotels, universities, etc) is that you need access to a "splash screen" to gain internet access. It may just be as simple as clicking on a button to agree to the terms of use. Internet Recovery can't provide that.

Install El Capitan or Later from Scratch

If possible backup your files.

  1. Restart the computer. Immediately after the chime hold down the CommandandRkeys until the Apple logo appears. When the Utility Menu appears:
  2. Select Disk Utility from the Utility Menu and click on Continue button.
  3. When Disk Utility loads select the volume (indented entry, usually Macintosh HD) from the Device list.
  4. Click on the Erase icon in Disk Utility's main window. A panel will drop down.
  5. Set the Format type to APFS (SSDs only) or Mac OS Extended (Journaled.)
  6. Click on the Apply button, then wait for the Done button to activate and click on it.
  7. Quit Disk Utility and return to the Utility Menu.
  8. Select Install OS X and click on the Continue button.

This will install the version of OS X you had installed.

If the Recovery HD is gone then try:

Internet/Network Recovery of El Capitan or Later on a Clean Disk

  1. Restart the computer. Immediately after the chime hold down the (Command-Option-R) keys until a globe appears.
  2. The Utility Menu will appear in from 5-20 minutes. Be patient.
  3. Select Disk Utility and click on the Continue button.
  4. When Disk Utility loads select the drive (usually, the out-dented entry) from the side list.
  5. Click on the Erase tab in Disk Utility's main window. A panel will drop down.
  6. Set the partition scheme to GUID.
  7. Set the Format type to APFS (SSDs only) or Mac OS Extended (Journaled.)
  8. Click on the Apply button, then click on the Done button when it activates.
  9. Quit Disk Utility and return to the Utility Menu.
  10. Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.

Note:

1. To install the version of OS X that was currently installed use Command-Option-R.

2. To install the original factory version when the computer was new use Command-Option-Shift-R.
