Apple Watch burned my wrist

I wear my Apple Watch over a year, and I wear almost every day. Until I got burned from the Watch two days ago. I was was wearing the watch like normal, and it was around five o’clock in the afternoon. I was riding in the car, and then I felt a sharp sting on my wrist. I look at my wrist and I didn’t see anything but my Apple Watch. About five minutes later, I realized that the sharp pain was still there. I took my watch off and there was a red circle on my wrist! I went to the sink and washed it, and it was painful when the water touched it! And I realized that my watch had burned me. I called the Apple Company and I talked to the Saftey Deparment specialist, he told me that I might have an allergy from the metal. I told him that I don’t have any allergies. He told me that I needed to go see a dermatologist. And the dermatologist told me that it was a burn, not an allergy. It’s a first degree burn. I’m really afraid to wear my favorite Watch now. I just hope that the Apple Company can help me.
