return only some System Prefs shortcuts to default?

so, to make sure i understand correctly:

if i spent lots and lots of time setting all my system prefs to just how i want everything,

i had better never hit the "Restore Defaults" button for any single one of the many panes,

as it will restore to default everything in all the panes?

hmm... sorry but now i am confused--

first you replied "no" to this question:

but then it sounds like you are saying that's a "Yes", as in i can reset Some system preferences to defaults without messing with other prefs?

but not touch any other shortcuts i created, such as my services:
