How to Convert OLM files to MBOX format?

I need to assemble multiple OLM files under 1 email clients and that is Apple Mail. I have got multiple OLM files from different employees of mine, I need to arrange those email database under 1 email client. I use Mac and need to import those OLM files into Apple Mail. I see this option of importing MBOX files in import function of apple mail. So how can I convert OLM files to Apple Mail? Please let me know. Thanks

You will first need to convert those olm files to mbox format that can be later imported into Apple Mail via Import function in Apple Mail. There are no freeways to convert email file formats. Try this OLM Converter Pro - AppEd on the Mac App Store


Once your olm files are converted into .mbox then


  1. Open Apple Mail.
  2. Invoke "File->Import Mailboxes" menu command.
  3. Check the "Files in mbox format" option and click "Continue".
  4. Select your MBOX files in the next window and click "Continue".
  5. That's it. You are done.
