my iphone 6s has a black screen since this morning and i tried to update and restore it through itunes on my Pc but its giving me error messages eg 4013 and cannot be restored?

my iphone 6s developed a black screen this morning and i tried to reboot it, and also to restore it to factory settings through i tunes on my PC but its giving a code error eg 4013 and am failing to make it work

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support
