Emergency SOS Keep going Off

My Emergency SOS keeps going off and I am not even wearing my watch. It's gone off three times in the last 24 hours and last two time I wasn't wearing it and the buttons were up, so it wasn't the pressure of the watch itself against the table. Is this feature currently bugging? I don't want to turn off the feature in case of a real emergency but at this point, I am feeling like the boy who cried wolf with my family. They won't take it as serious the next time.
