disabled....

my old iphone is disabled somehow & even though iv went through the "erase" steps, it's still on #2 so it's showing the plug w iTunes on the screen but it's not allowing me to Update or Restore.....???help

iphone 7 disabled What do I do if my iphone says disabled connect to itunes, but my itunes won't recognise it. I think it needs a software update but how do I do this when I can't connect to itunes? I tried forcing a restart but it won't show me the itunes cord symbol, it just goes back to the disabled screen. I got it to show me "run diagnostics" screen once, but then it just says 'get support and repair for your apple products visit www.apple.com/support. HOW CAN I DO THIS WHEN MY PHONE DOESN'T WORK AHHHHGGGHHH.

my iphone says its disabled connect to itunes and i have no way of doing that can i factory reset it or something that would fix it without downloading itunes on my computer any ideas on how to fix?
