Hello Djmatley

Did you try to change the new password yet? Some time have one person near your home using WiFi or ID WiFi phone same same like you. Maybe it’s had been conflicted to made the network problem. Try to change new password or download one VPN Apps on the AppStore. Just go to AppStore type VPN it’s will show you how to install and sign up to protect your Network

Thanks and regar

Are you only experiencing this problem at home? If so, the first thing I would do is make sure that the firmware on your router is up-to-date. Yes, this may require calling your ISP (sorry!). iOS devices are more likely to have issues with outdated firmware than other devices.

It also probably wouldn't hurt to reset your network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You'll lose saved WiFi passwords but that's all.

Having other people connecting to the same network should not be causing an issue. WiFi networks are designed to be used by multiple users.

Sorry Sir my mean the WiFi in home it’s not used for many people. And we have a private name SMTP it’s VPN or PROTOCOLS in oversea out of my country. If we use the WiFi for home it’s just only possible connected about 500 meters. If around that distance have anyone home used the WiFi ID near there it’s eased to conflicted or you used only you in home but some phones or many accounts (google and ICloud ..etc..) but same same the name or password they are easy to unrecognized also. Because sometimes we afraid that forgot the password or ID coz many accounts. We often choose some pass same same. And the FIRMWARE out of date that I never heard that will be conflicted to the WiFi because the FIRMWARE look like a Brain of the IOS HARDWARE. It’s not easy to mistake or lost way like this . Unless you did it not right ways and it becomes unacceptable. If happens to like this just only to go to Apple Store and change FIRMWARE. And it’s not really cheap for an IOS iPhone. Sometime the price same same the phone we are using cause buy from other used. Don’t make the problems bigger. Just call the Administration Network to come and reset Modem WiFi or check around. Last way that we do by ourselves and download the VPN Apps to setup protect net better

I've almost no idea what you're talking about or why you're responding to me. If you have a question about connecting to WiFi, you might want to start your own thread as it sounds as if you're issues are not the same as the OP's.

The firmware I was suggesting the OP update was for the router, not their iPhone.
