How do I resize text proportionally in a document in Pages on my iMac
Thank you for your input - I am seeking to resize text in the printing of A4 to A3 and vice versa - MS Word has such a facility and I miss it on iMac. It is such a chore having to highlight each section and then resize it as desired. Also fitting text into a box and having the font size automatically adjust as needed. So, as a newby to iMac I am still searching!
If you used Office 2016 for Mac v15.41 or 16.9.1, then you would be less frustrated trying to make Pages into the Word clone it is not. 😉 Start with a trial to see if the feature set is to your need.
Short of the first paragraph, you may need a custom, A3 template with appropriate A4 to A3 styles to reformat your A4 content.
If you are referring to text proportionally resizing when changing the size of a Text box — it won't. You have to select the text within the Text box and apply a new font size (or style).
