I phone won’t back up and iTunes can’t read my phones

I have a 6 plus 64 g and for a while now it won’t let me backup to the cloud. I tried plugging it into my laptop but iTunes wants to wipe my phone, I also cant play music through usb to my car. Please help I have no idea what to do apart from give up on Apple as I find the support useless. Thanks

hi there's no iTunes anymore so how do i backup my phone on my computer? My phone is smashed so I can't use my iPhone to back up, but it still turns on and seems to be responding, so I think that I can plug it into my computer to backup. I used to backup through iTunes, but now that there's no iTunes how does one back up their phone using your computer - or can you just not anymore?

Unable to Back Up to Computer after Upgrade to iOS 14 After upgrading my iPhone 6s Plus to iOS 14, iTunes on my computer does not recognize the phone when I plug it in to back it up. When I check "Devices" under the "File" menu, "Sync," "Backup," and "Restore from Backup" are all greyed-out. How do I restore back-up capability?
