Voice Memos is missing from my new iPad. ( iPad with WiFi, Operating System 11.2.6) I tried Spotlight Search, having Suri search for it, and looking in the Utilities folder. It is simply not there. What can I do?

What doesn't make sense? There has never been a voice memo app included on the iPad. Speculation about why Apple made such a decision would be a violation of the Terms of Use to which we all agreed when we registered here. You can let Apple (who is not reading here) know what you'd like to see here:

I have the same issue with voice memo being abscent on my ipad! This DOES NOT make sense. It’s a do gone voice memo, Apple! Just a simple app that you can add to the iPad devices. Not really the smart thing to do; leaving the voice memo app off the iPad. We should not only have the app in our iPad (and not some non syncing third party app) but also be able to sync what info we have in the iPhone voice memo to the iPhone voice memo. No reason at all that Apple should have not had this app included and no reason why they couldn’t have had this issue corrected by now. Apple please fix this issue for our ipad
The Voice Memos app found on the iPhone is not on the iPad. There are several voice memo apps you can download in the App Store.
