Question: My iTunes Playlist Not Found

Product: iTunes version 12.1.3.6 (Special issue to enable continuous use of iTunes with Windows XP, service Pack 3) Issued September 4, 2015)

Issue: Unable to activate iTunes, even after clicking on acceptance of software agreement and initiated attempted library search.

Troubleshooting Steps Tried: Restoring computer to an earlier date. Doing Disc Checks on all discs. Computer search for iTunes downloads/installations (found, reinstalled, but still not working beyond aforementioned point)

Futile results to locate version on Apple website.

null-OTHER, Windows XP Pro, Service Pack 3, 32-bit

Hi,

Are you trying to use Apple Music? If so, your current version of iTunes is not compatible. You need ITunes 12.2 or later. Unfortunately, your current version of iTunes is the latest compatible with Windows XP.
