I have Apple Music. I download a track on my Macbook. I sync my iPhone. I get on the London underground and find the music has not synced. Rather, it shows up only to be streamed.
How do I get 'old style' syncing established? You know, where you have to download say just once rather than once for each and every device?

1. Subscribe to Apple Music
2. Access Apple Music from three Apple devices
3. Decide to download some music rather than stream it
4. Download it for device A.
5. Download it for device B.
6. Download it for device C.
ie. there's no way to sync Apple Music downloads.

When using Apple Music, each subscribed device has a unique and independent relationship with Apple Music and the iCloud Music Library, but not each other.
Hi,
You can't sync manually when you have Apple Music. The iCloud music library is used. If you turned off iCloud music library, you would only be able to sync music owned by you.
