RSS feed in Safari (11.03)?

How do I open a RSS feed in OSX's Safari?

When trying to do so I get the following message:

Do I really need a third party app to read RSS feeds on a Mac?

OSX 11-OTHER, iOS 11.2.5

RSS Visualizer High Sierra Community,I am using RSS Visualizer with the Mac OS High Sierra, and unfortunately, I can't update the RSS feed in options. Why is there no option for me to add an RSS feed? Hi, I'm completely new to all this but I've created an Apple ID and a podcast. I have an RSS Feed yet when I come to upload said RSS feed there is no option to do so. I can confirm I am definitely logged in as the option to sign out is in the top right hand corner. I'm using a PC running Windows 10, just incase that is an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes. That capability was removed from Safari.
