Opening the help of Photo (italian version) the window presents an illegible layout with vertically aligned text as shown in the attached picture. How can this defect be remedied?
iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3), 3.6 Ghz Intel Core i5 8GB 1333 MHz
Try System Preferences > General > Show scroll bars… "Always".

You're welcome. That's the only fix I'm aware of. Perhaps someone has a different one.
Restart your computer in 'Safe Mode' (hold down the 'Shift Key' as you start)
Once you have accomplished this, restart normally and try Photo help again.

moreover I verified that the wrong alignment of the text is present in all Mac Help windows (Aiuto Mac in the italian version)
