iCloud drive not syncing MacOS 10.13.3

My Desktop and Documents no longer sync to iCloud. I have tried everything - enable/disable iCloud, signing out and back in - restarts blah blah...

iCloud drive syncs fine between my IOS devices, just not my dongle book Pro 15" 2017 with touch. I have no idea what to do now... I like to markup items on my desktop with my iPad and have them update. The items I put on my desktop just sit forever with an UP ARROW....

iCloud Drive don’t sync on MacBook Pro 14 Hi, i have a problem with iCloud Drive on my MacBook Pro 14, especially with Pages e Numbers. It happens quite frequently to me that Pages and Numbers files are not synchronised on the MacBook. Calendar, notes etc. work, the problem is only for Drive Pages and Numbers files. I always solve by restarting the PC but it's quite annoying, since it happens often. I would add that the synchronisation between iPhone and iCloud.com works for me, the problem is only on the MacBook cloud drive. Could anyone help me? Thank you.

iCloud desktop and documents on macOS Hello, I would like to enable iCloud Desktop and Documents syncing but something is not clear to me. If I enable the syncing, do desktop and documents files still remain stored on the macOS usual location other than in iCloud? What happens if I edit a file locally on the Mac without being connected to the Internet? Thanks for helping, Dan
