why am i getting the message touch_id_issue_notification_text_iphone after iphone reboot ?

After iphone 6 plus reboot i am getting a message " touch_id_issue_notification_text_iphone". Also when i try to enable touchid it says "Unable to Complete Touch ID setup. Please go back and try again". Plz help
