How to disable "welcome" screen after a system update

I have a Mac Mini that isn't hooked up to a monitor. I just remote into it when I need to. The problem I run into is after a system update and a reboot, it goes to the screen where you click next and 3 checkmarks pop up after a few seconds (I'm sorry i'm not giving a clearer description of that screen). I'm unable to remote in when that screen is there. Is there anyway to disable it or bypass it via ssh? (i'm not sure that ssh will connect at that point as I haven't tried it. Thanks in advance!
