Question:

Question: TV app won't let me continue past the first screen - AppleTV 4th Gen

When I select the TV app, i get 2 links. The first one says something about learn about how we use your data.


The 2nd button says continue. When I click continue, it does nothing.


Ive ensured the most recent version of tvOS is running, ive shut down & rebooted, I've unplugged & rebooted and nothing seems to work.


Another possible un-related thing Im finding is that my ability to use the AppleTV remote app on my phone stops working periodically and then I have to reboot the AppleTV to get it to start working again.


The main issue of concern is that of the TV app not working though.


Anyone else experiencing anything like this?

Just realized that its a beta version which would probably explain why its acting up. I don't recall ever having turned on beta updates, but apparently someone in the household must have.


I'm updating to the most recent beta version to see if that corrects anything... Otherwise I guess i will have to reset & update.
