Apple ID verify not working

I updated my phone last night and Since then my phone won’t log into my Apple ID and keeps coming up with a message asking for me to verify. I’ve reset my password and entered it in several times and it won’t work, It just freezes on the screen. I’ve turned it off and on and tried to log in through the App Store which is fine as well as logging onto my Apple account on an internet browser where I couldn’t see an issue.

Force restart the iPhone. You have not told us which model you have, so the way you force restart depends on that information.
