when I take a 4K video on my iPhone or iPad, and if I view it immediately after taking the video it is full resolution. But once it is uploaded into iCloud and is removed from my iPad/iPhone storage it loads from iCloud in what looks like 720p whenever I try viewing it. How can I view my full resolution videos?
Hello, I had the same problem.
1 - On Icloud, select the photo/video that you want to download
2 - hover the download icon and press the small dropdown
3 - Select unmodified original and download it.
How are you able to delete it from your device and still retain the full copy of it in iCloud? The way iCloud works is to keep a full copy in iCloud while keeping a copy on the device as well.
4K videos stored in iCloud are not being displayed in 4k?
