I can’t get my iTunes to burn disk??

Whenever I go to the file button to click burn to a disc, the words are there but I can’t click on it. What do I do?

Burning CDs on my PC All of a sudden my computer will not burn Cds on iTunes. I put the CD in and it initializes the burn but when the burn starts, it kicks the CD out and says Burn attempt has failed. I have done everything that was suggested. Used slower burn speed. Authorized the computer. Last attempt was to uninstall iTunes and reinstall. It burned one CD and then stopped working again- doing the same thing.
