Set timezone problem

My iPhone cannot detect my location (Hong Kong) to set timezone correctly after I came back from Europe. I tried to select country manually (off “Set Automatically”), it still cannot select Hong Kong.

iPhone won’t update time zone, only spinning wheel My iPhone7 refuses to automatically update its timezone. time zone setting not updating I have my phone set to automatically update the time zone. But the current zone won't set. Next to Time Zone in settings it just keeps spinning. I have location services on and set automatically on. Wifi is connected and working. Phone broken? Or some other setting I'm missing?
