How to fix video sound

My iPhone 5s when recording video from the front the sound work alright but the back recording no sound comes pls any help?

iPhone XR sound quality Why is the sound quality on my phone no good when I record videos? It’s used to be okay when I got it. Now when I record and then play it, the sound goes high n then low. Sounds like it keeps cutting off. Off and on. I reset my phone and still doing that. I don’t know what else to do 🤷🏻‍♀️
