I am unable to re download a past purchase in the App Store on either my iPad Pro or my iPhone 7 this has been going on since the most recent update. Any ideas

What happens when you try to download them ? If you are getting an error message what does it say ? What have you tried to see if it fixes whatever is/isn’t happening ?
