2017 Refurbished 13" MBP smells moldy.

Just took delivery of a 13" 2017 MBP. After opening the pkg, my office had a moldy smell such that other co workers were asking about it. Thinking it was the box or packaging I waited to the week end when I was home w/o the packaging. The smell is in the MBP. Now my backpack has the same smell. The MBP works fine. no performance issues, just a bad moldy smell. Anyone else have this issue?
