An error occurred during activation iMessages

Hello, I have some problem with iMessage or maybe with my iCloud account.
It shows me an error occurred during activation and automatically I can't sign in with my apple id, I'm using iMessage and Facetime only on my iPhone with my phone number. I can't activate iMessage on my Macbook.
I tried every option with your recommendation but no one worked.
What I have to do, please help me.
