macos High Sierra Installation Error

I am trying to recover my MacOS on Mid 2015 MBP. I don't have any time machine backup.

I used Cmd+Option+R method which goes to Internet Recovery method. It started downloading chunks but that kept on failing.

I made a bootable drive of MacOS High Sierra and then formatted my SSD to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) .

Afterwards, I proceeded to the installation menu.

However I keep on getting the error

The operation couldn't be completed. (com.apple.osinstallersetup.LinkFileDownload error 3.)

After I press okay, I don't see my SSD in the Disk Utility anymore. Only 1 external(my bootable drive) and 2 disk images.

How do I solve this?
