My phone autodials random number after incomplete call

My phone will randomly call a number from my address book immediately after an incomplete call;

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2.2

Numbers calling me problem A lot of numbers are calling me and if I take the phone they deny Having calld me in the first place Or was dialing someone else. ALOT of numbers from many different persons. Some of them with lord titles. Others denying they have me on their log but is listed on my log. this is annoying.... iOS 13.4.1 this is a bug, I know it. How to fix it? send me email. I have newest update on iphone x. I Have made contact with my operator. awaiting reply.
