Question: OS X High Sierra installation

Every time I tried to install high Sierra on a machine it will boot to recovery. I have the bootable USB drive and I just want to make it clean install but no luck looked at the disk utility seems like high Sierra created the partition and everything like preboot etc. HELP!

Okay here is the step I did. I erase the original drive to APFS then will create like 3 partition then I'll go directly install high Sierra to the partition I named "Macintosh HD" then after like 2 minutes system will boot up then boot in to recovery. I did NVRAM and SMC won't work.
