How to activate my iPhone 6?

That bothers me for days.

I bought a used iPhone 6 on the net which was normally used by the seller. When I received it it gave a welcome page. I followed to activate it, but it continued to suggest that it cannot reach to the activation server.

That's the problem: My SIM card is in it, but iTunes says sorry, and cellular connection is available but just cant help, using WLAN doesn't work either. Activation fails forever... It's really upsetting.

So what's wrong with my phone, or the activation server(it ought to be alright), can somebody help me?

When I received this phone, it has been restored to factory settings by the seller, so what I have to do now is to activate it. Thanks.

Plus, it now suggests "Activation Error" instead of "cannot reach activation server try again" after trying to activate for a couple of minutes(using WLAN). Wow.

Check my things...No sim problem, skip. Asks no ID, skip. Pass.

It now says "cannot reach activation server try again" again.

Check status...All available. Pass. Oh why doesn't it work then:(

No password asked. I'm restarting it...iTunes says sorry. my phone shows error now.

That's all...If I use cellular I remember it gives back "try again" quickly.

Yep I guess so. I just hope I can solve this, or at least wait it to get solved itself...Maybe I should call them for help sometime, but not immediately, because I always thinks I just need to wait until it's okay.
