How do I get the broken headphone plug put of my ipad jack?

Make an appointment at the nearest Apple store:

Make a Genius Bar Reservation

Or try taking it to a jewelry store that makes jewelry, not

just sells it. The jeweler will have tools that might be able

to extract the broken plug.

There is a tool, the GripStick, specifically designed to easily solve this problem without having to disassemble the device, use glue, drilling, or any other unsafe method.
