Magic Mouse Irratic

My mouse randomly selects folders on desktop MacBook Pro. It will select several at a time. How can I fix this?

ln September while using trackpad it became Irratic; so I turned it off so I could start using the Mouse. Now the mouse has become Irratic A

Check this out. Go to Systems Prefs > Accessibility > Mouse and trackpad and if the box against 'Ignore trackpad etc' is checked, uncheck it.

You might also read this Apple document about interference and a few notes I have made on the subject.
