I no longer have access to the email I used for my Apple ID. I do not remember my password and since I no longer have that email I can not have it sent to that address. I tried to reset it using my security questions and can’t remember the answer to.

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - https://support.apple.com/HT204169 "This article provides country-specific Apple Support contact information for customers seeking help with their Apple ID password or other security-related issues." Better for directly reporting an issue.

It may be tough going for you to convince them you are really the owner of the account.
