Is my phone hacked?

I can’t control my settings manually. I’m not even able to elect the features that i’d like to engage/disengage.

Basic troubleshooting from the manual is restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

Start there.

Your iPhone has not been hacked unless you jailbroke it.
