subfolder missing MacBook Pro TB

Hi guys,

My laptop is only 4 months old however there were some problems on the software, so when I went to have an appointment with Apple, they wiped out my laptop and reinstalled everything again right from the beginning. When I went home to reinstall all of my apps such as Microsoft Office, the subfolders are missing. In my iPhone and Office 365 online mail, the subfolders are there, is there a way to sync it back so the subfolders may appear in my laptop?

I'm not into tech much, so apologise if the wordings aren't correct. However many thanks for the help.
