Iphone 6s Plus Touch Id Fail

As there is no apple repair centers in Pakistan. My phone fell off, LCD screen panel and home button were damaged. I replaced the complete LCD/touch panel along with home button from another original iphone 6s plus. I had to go through with a non apple certified repair center because I can't go outside the country for a phone repair. After the repair job, the touch id won't work. I even tried to restore the phone in DFU mode but still the touch id fails.

As there anything apple could help me here with, considering the fact that there is no apple repair outlet in my country?
