Job-Title field populated

Question on Contacts app...

I want to alway have the Job-Title field populated when adding a new contact.

Currently I have to add the field manually for every new contact.

Any way to change the default template to include the Job-Title field automatically?

Display business name in Contacts app? Aside from misusing the first and last name fields (and entering business info in them instead of the field it belongs in), I am desperate for a way to see my contact list - including the business name. I cannot fathom that Apple would not have this feature when so many companies are using Apple for work now 🤷🏻‍♀️

Preference not an option in contact app I want to sort the names of my contacts by first names but there is no Preference option in my contact app in which to do so. The only info the side bar gives me is: How else can I do it please?
