Contact Job Title- IPhone X

How to always add job-title field to new contact card in iPhone X. I want to always have the Job-Title field populated when adding a new contact. Currently I have to add the field manually for every new contact.

Any way to change the default template to include the Job-Title field automatically?

No there isn't. You have to add it manually every time.
