Why Apple doesn't have real live support, as long as it develops very fast!

I don't want to ask, but rather wonder, why Apple doesn't have real live support, as long as it develops very fast, never update support and help pages and there are tons of problems facing users!

Many of the support a nd help pages are out of date and not progressing with the fast development of Apple products.

People are paying high prices for Apple products. So, there should be as little care as putting alive support.

Pages never open Microsoft Word, nor PDF. It always says Pages cannot open this page now.

The new version of Mac Pro makes a mess, as when you have two applications open and you close one of them you never get the other, unless you click on the upper part of its window to have it refreshed and open on your desktop. The Lion was more better.

I don't think the pioneer and creator of this company was intended to get people paying high prices and get exhausted in the mad machine of consuming products that come with no serious and responsible support.

Sorry, for sounding off.

I am just wondering why I am not feeling the pleasure of the money I am paying every time and then while buying Apple products.

Do you believe that I have spent 10 days searching and reading any help possible to just understand why Pages isn't capable any more of opening Microsoft Word, or PDF, or why iBook Author isn't sufficient to open other formats of documents?

I even bought and downloaded many converting apps to convert these formats I mentioned there up and found them really bad and don't convert as they have mentioned in the details of the product.

For example yesterday I bought three of them and I deleted them at once because they failed to do the converting job properly and I found many strange characters and symbols and signs in the converted docs.

If your end goal is to put books into the iBookstore, you should be aware that it does not distribute books in Arabic. This is in the language section of the iBookstore Formatting Guidelines.

The iBookstore does not accept pdf, so you have to put your content into .epub or .ibooks format. Because pdf is itself a sort of "final" product, conversion to another format is often tedious, and it is often better to start from scratch with Pages or iBooks Author.
