macbook screen stain?

Hello there,

I have a macbook pro 13' late 2013 model.

I was cleaning the screen with a soft tisue and water and this happened.

What can i do?

My new Macbook pro screen cant be cleaned?!! I tried to use damp micro fibre cloth to clean but it still leaves an oily smudge on the screen. I tried using whoosh too, something apple use's to clean devices in stores but that doesn't work either. I've only had this for like a month. What going on?

macbook have wipe marks I clean my MacBook screen weekly using only a microfiber towel and dampen it a little with only water I've come to notice that my MacBook screen has wipe marks that won’t come off and I don't know what to do with it or how to clean it I added some photos for reference
