High Sierra - Time Machine - Time Capsule

Since upgrading my MacBook Air to High Sierra I cannot get Time Machine to backup onto my Time Capsule. Everything has worked perfectly until this update however now, I am getting a 112 sparse error and cannot back up my laptop. I've reconfigured the Time Capsule, deleted the Time Machine disk, etc...at a loss. It used to work flawlessly.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
