My mic is not working on IMO app. I can hear and see them but they can’t hear me. How do I fix this? I have an iPhone 5s

Thanks for using Apple Communities.

If you're having this issue only at IMO App, you can check if it's able to use the mic at "Settings> IMO". The Mic switch must be turned on. If you can't use the mic either on IMO and at calls, video recording, etc. you can follow the steps at the article https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203792
