iMac 5k I7 2017 Temperature and fans runs crazy

Hi,

The working temperature is 100 degrees and fans go quickly to 2700 rpm when the processor is working above the 90 percent in the i7 model, is this normal at winter, I am very worried, this summer will burst.

Thanks

Thanks for your quick reply "rkaufmann87":

I have reset the smc, NVRAM and PRAM (instance apple care) at least 20 times in the last months but everything remains the same. when the work load is high 90% the temperature goes to 100º, when it is low it quickly returns to normal values 45º and is worried about of 2 hour exporting video in summer (40º ambient temperature)

Thanks

I have reset smc and pram several times and everythig is the same. i have talked about this issue and I have sent several tests to apple care. they said me: "problems were not detected but you should send the computer to the technical service for tests and physical revisions", 100º is dangerous, after two weeks They told me "with the official tests of apple the computer don´t have any problem, but if I export a simple 5-minute video, as you can see at screenshot the temperature goes quickly to 100º, finally apple is teasing me, I am very angry
