Dose anybody have trouble withi internet on wifi just randomly stop working but wifi not disconnecting I have to turn wifi off and back on on my phone to get it to start working again

That should not happen if your iPhone is up to date. Latest iOS version available is 11.2.6.

Check Settings > General > Software Update

If you can't update via W-Fi, try using iTunes via a computer > Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
